With 475,000 customers as of Q4 2008, Clearwire still ranks first in terms of total number of WiMAX subscribers. However, it was Inukshuk whose numbers increased the most since Q4 2007 - an increase of 152,000 subscribers. The top ten WiMAX operators in terms of number of subscribers are shown below.
