Industry Leaders Maravedis and Point Topic Team Up to Offer Comprehensive Broadband Research Toolkit
Distribution partnership provides one-stop access to worldwide BWA/WiMAX licensing, regulations & Cable/DSL operator databases at 20% discount
MONTREAL, Canada and LONDON, UK, January 8, 2007 – One-stop access to
comprehensive broadband research became a reality today with the partnership of two of the
industry’s leading research firms, Maravedis Inc. (www.maravedis.bwa.com) and Point Topic Ltd.
(www.point-topic.com). The companies have partnered to offer the industry’s broadest set of
consumer and wholesale operator databases covering wireless and cabled technologies,
including WiMAX, Broadband Wireless, DSL, Cable and FTTx.
The distribution agreement enables global service providers, equipment vendors, regulators and
investors to save time and money by immediately accessing the comprehensive databases
developed by Maravedis and Point Topic on a single order form. Customers will now be offered
discounted database bundles that include the Operator Source and Global BroadbandStatistics (GBS) databases from Point Topic as well as the ClearSpectrum licensing database
developed by Maravedis.
