Cintia is the team leader of 4GCounts, the LTE and WiMAX Operator and Deployment Tracking Service, which covers the top 4G players of the industry. Her background experience includes interviews with Telecom Regulators around the world to feed Maravedis' ClearSpectrum Licensing and Regulatory Database, and also continuous dialogues with 4G operators in the industry. She has developed a broad understanding on the analysis of broadband wireless technologies, operator trends, and spectrum regulation globally. She has authored various landmark reports on LTE, 4G, WiMAX, Broadband Wireless and 4GCounts Quarterly Reports. Fernando Donoso - Senior Advisor
Fernando Donoso is Maravedis Analyst for the 4Ggear 4G device analysis service. Fernando has over 15 years of experience in the wireless industry with major international infrastructure providers. He has extensive experience with WiMAX, cellular mobile technologies, and several proprietary wireless technologies. As a product manager, he led the development of numerous telecom hardware and software products, and is recognized for his ability to understand operator’s practical concerns and business objectives. Most recently as a consultant he helped several operators untangle the performance, maturity, roadmap, and trade-offs involved in different alternatives for 3G and 4G expansion. Fernando earned a bachelor of science in physics, as well as a bachelor of engineering (electrical) from McGill University, and also holds an MBA from HEC Montreal.

Elias Aravantinos - Senior Analyst
Elias has over 5 years experience in the telecommunications market. He has a strong background in mobile and fixed networks and an in depth understanding of market dynamics in the telecoms business. In the past, Elias has worked as a project research manager for Columbia Institute for Tele-Information, leader to perform research and identify solutions on Ultrabroadband networks, lead a team of researchers and engineers from industry and academia to produce pioneering research and acclaimed publications on high speed networks. He worked also as researcher with Lucent Technologies, modeling spectrum licensed secondary markets and has also offered ICT services to KPMG and Intracom Telecom mostly on security and network management engineering.
