Adlane Fellah, Eng. MBA is CEO and founder of Maravedis Inc. a world-leader and pioneer in Broadband Wireless and WiMAX market research and analysis. He is a leading industry analyst and authored various landmark reports on WiMAX, Broadband Wireless and Voice over IP (VoIP). Mr. Fellah is regularly asked to speak at leading wireless events and to contribute to various influential portals and magazines such as Telephony Magazine, WiMAX Trends, WiMAX.com, to name a few… Fellah is a member of the Program Advisory Board for the WiMAX World conference since 2004 and an active member of the World Communications Association International and the European Broadband Wireless Association. Prior to founding Maravedis, Fellah held various positions at Harris Corporation in charge of market intelligence and business development for several product lines.
Julien Regoli, is our Vice-President, Operations. He is a professional with over 12 years experience in Finance and Market Research supporting high-tech companies within the telecommunications and e-commerce industries. He is an expert in research and analysis, financial modeling, business restructuring and valuations, and raising financial capital. Mr. Regoli has taken on roles with escalating responsibilities for Nortel Networks, LYA Inc., Positron Public Safety Systems, Emergis Inc. and JMF Inc.. Mr. Regoli is the architect of the recently released Canadian Internet Database – a database which offers internet penetration information at the postal code detail level.

Robert Syputa, BSEE, MBA, is Senior Analyst and has over 26 years experience in the broad field of electronics and six (6) years experience as a telecommunications industry analyst and consultant, particularly in the merging fields of Wireless Broadband and related businesses and technologies. His background experience includes technical sales at Fairchild Semiconductor and sales management at Philips. Robert ran TEAM Associates, an independent manufacturer's representative firm whose clients included Honeywell and GE-Druck. Several years ago, Syputa developed an interest in emerging wireless communications fields including cellular and 802.11/802.16 standards for WLAN and WMAN systems. He developed a broad understanding from grounds up analysis of the technologies, companies and business trends shaping the developed and emerging sectors of the converging industry. He has consulted with both startup wireless companies and leaders in the merging WiMAX/WMAN field, with private investment groups and large telecommunications industry hedge funds on products, business strategies, company image and market positioning, and emerging or slated to emerge industry trends and catalysts. Mr. Syputa obtained a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Seattle University.
Cintia Garza, Market Analyst obtained a Bachelor degree of International Commerce from TEC de Monterrey, Mexico with a specialization in International Business from HEC, Montreal and Carleton University, Ottawa. She focuses in market research for BWA/WiMAX applications. She has recently completed with Maravedis a database with information of telecom service providers and regulators worldwide. She speaks fluently English, French and Spanish and is based in Mexico.

Jeff Orr, is our Senior Analyst is one of high-tech's leading marketing minds and an expert at product marketing and management. Previously, Orr was the director of marketing and first employee of renowned WiMAX Forum industry trade association. He also served as a board member for the group from 2003 to 2005. Orr began his wireless career at industry pioneer, Proxim, where he held senior marketing management roles. Before his seven-year tenure with Proxim, Orr spent 10 years at Diamond Multimedia where he held multiple senior management positions and received more than 200 product-related awards. In total, Orr has managed products generating more than $1 billion in revenue. A frequent speaker at industry trade conferences and seminars, Orr has been a featured guest on television and radio talk shows. Born and raised in Silicon Valley, Orr majored in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and currently resides with his wife and family in Oregon.
Sridhar Pai, is CEO and founder of Tonse Telecom and is Maravedis partner for the Indian market. Sridhar has spent over 13 years in the global telecom industry and most recently was director marketing at IntelliNet Technologies Inc., a leading signaling infrastructure developer. Prior to that, Sridhar was head of VoIP business at Network Solutions. He also was part of the original team that incubated the softswitch product at Xybridge Technologies Inc. (later acquired by Zhone Technologies). Sridhar started his career with Motorola ISG group (Singapore and India). His functional expertise has been technology research, product marketing and marketing communications for the telecom industry.

Eduardo Prado, M. Sc. is our Senior Analyst for the Brazilian market. Based in Rio de Janeiro, Eduardo (M. Sc., Electronic Engineer) has more than 28 years of experience in Telecom. His experience includes analyzing various wireless technologies including WiMAX, Wi-Fi, Mesh Technology, Cellular Technology, ZigBee, Ultra Wideband and others as well as Fixed Mobile Convergence. Mr. Prado has experience in helping corporations to explore new business opportunities. He is also an expert in Mobile Marketing, Enterprise Mobility, Mobile Payment and Digital City. Prior to joining Maravedis, Mr. Prado worked for organizations such as Promon Engenharia, Promon Eletrônica, DBA Engenharia de Sistemas, Proceda Systemhouse and COPPE/UFRJ. In the last three years, Mr. Prado has worked for corporations in the following segments: Telecom service providers, Telco manufacturers, Chip Companies, Oil & Gas, Airways, System Integrators, Clearing Houses and various analyst firms.
Artur Mironenko, is our Senior Analyst for the Russian and Ukrainian markets. Artur has an MS in Electronics Engineering and MS in Economics from Kharkov State Economic University in Ukraine. He has more than 10 years of practical experience in telecom, which includes working with J'son & Partners (a leading Russian telecom consultancy company) and an independent consultancy practice. As a telecom analyst at J'son & Partners, he conducted numerous research projects on subjects ranging from commercial trunking to evaluation of the telecom equipment market. He contributed to published reports on key sectors of Russian telecom markets including cellular services, WiFi, landline telephony, and regulation. As an account manager at J'son & Partners, he was responsible for key corporate clients. He has been frequently cited in leading Russian media such as Vedomosti - the Russian equivalent of the Wall Street Journal or Newsweek.

Doug Docherty, BSEE, MSEE has over 30 years of Telecommunications System Engineering and Marketing experience and focuses his research on North American (U.S. and Canada) regulatory policy and affairs. As part of his career achievements, Doug adapted MapInfo software in the graphical analysis of Microwave Link deployment using FCC ULS and Industry Canada TAFL source data. Doug has conducted detailed studies of emerging opportunities such as the LMDS (Broadband Wireless Access), PCS and the US CLEC markets. He provided ranked listings of potential customers to the Harris North American sales force in these customer groups. In anticipation of the PCS lower 2 GHz (1.85 - 1.99 GHz) relocation process in the U.S., Docherty devised techniques for identifying the incumbent operators, link status, capacity and supplier - using numerous data sources. He has also developed computer programs that analyses incumbent link densities for all of the US Major Trading Areas (MTAs) using microwave license data from the FCC and Industry Canada. Doug obtained a Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering Science from University of BC, Graduate E.E. studies from Northeastern University, Boston MA; MSEE degree conferred by San Jose State University and Graduate EE &
Anissa Guelal, Regulatory Specialist, brings 12 years experience in telecommunications regulatory and spectrum strategies and planning to her role as Regulatory Specialist- Middle East & Africa at Maravedis. She is responsible for maintaining and expanding our leading ClearSpectrum online regulatory database. Prior to joining Maravedis, Guellal held key positions within regulatory and spectrum organizations. As telecom engineer for the Algerian Regulation Post and telecommunications Authority (ARPT) and as sub-director for the Department of International Relations in Spectrum Planning and International relations (DPRI), Guellal managed the planning and allocation of spectrum for the telecommunications industry. She was previously serving as engineer in the State Department of Rare Resources (DRR), and responsible for the direction of network and telecom services where she developed Algeria's position on international telecommunication negotiation.
Anissa Guellal has invested a lot of time representing and recommending international regulators on microwave strategies. She was responsible for worldwide implementation of ITU recommendations for Algeria and defined the position of Algeria and captivities in international Microwave development, ensuring representation in key worldwide events.
Carolyn Jolin, Director of Marketing and Communications at Maravedis, Carolyn brings 15 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications, including 11 years in the Telecom industry in Managing Marketing Communications. Prior to joining Maravedis, Ms Jolin held senior level positions in several organizations, most recently within SR Telecom. Earlier, Ms Jolin built a credible record at senior level with Videotron Telecom a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier in Canada where she was honored twice by the Montreal Publicity Club for putting in place the most efficient B2B campaign having generated the expected revenue. Her extensive market and technology knowledge relating to service providers and equipment manufacturers has helped her become a recognized advisor within the wireless Industry.

Tim Sanders, is the President and Founder of The Final Mile, Inc. and is a Maravedis partner for the US market. As the founder of The Final Mile, Tim is known as one of the foremost Broadband Wireless/WiMAX consultants in the country with specific expertise on the service provider side and in rural markets. Tim's experience in the Broadband Wireless Industry dates back to 1999, when he served as Vice President and General Manager of a start-up early stage, multi-state Broadband Wireless ISP. Prior to that, he managed technical and distance-learning teams in the autobody collision software and digital imaging industry. With an educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Tim spent his early career in the manufacturing sector.
Basharat H. Ashai, Basharat is our Analyst for Asia Pac and Middle East market. As an analyst, Basharat has worked on various topics throughout his career including areas such as IPPBXs, Enterprise Voice Gateways, Desktop IP Phones, ATAs, Single mode WiFi handsets, dual mode Cellular/VoIP over WiFi handsets, VoIP over WiFi chipsets, Access Points and WLAN Switch/Mobility Controllers. He has also carried out VoBB(voice over broadband) country case studies of Singapore, Philippines, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia. Basharat qualified as B.E Mechanical Engineering.
